I purchased a house through Jack and now have sold a house through Jack. Both times, I was able to see the care and attention to detail he puts into things like looking into the structural components of the house (which he has experience in the construction so he understands what "good bones" of the house are) as well as help sell a home to its potential via his marketing capabilities. At first when I was about to put the house on the market, I was already discouraged when the spring season went and it was looking like it would be ready in the Fall. Jack reassured me that the Fall market is still a good time to sell, which he has many years of knowledge and experience - he went above and beyond to market the house. Needless to say, the house was on the market for about a week and then we sold! If it wasn't for Jack's guidance - I probably would have just waited until next Spring. So if you want someone who can navigate the market and season to help with either buying and/or selling a home - Jack is the guy! Both times made the process so straightforward and smooth.
