I rented with J Elmer Turner for over 4 years, and I would highly recommend them. One thing that always stood out to me was how personal the experience felt. Unlike one of those huge property management companies or apartment complexes...where you can fell like just another tenant, the J Elmer Turner team truly treated us with care and respect. Whenever an issue came up, it was handled quickly and efficiently. Pat Turner was always responsive and easy to reach, whether by call or text, and made sure our issues were dealt with. The maint team, especially JJ, was also super dependable and professional. Always provided good quality work and making sure everything was done right. In the office, Corrina was always helpful with leasing questions and helping us with anything online or unit issues. She made the admin side of renting smooth and stress-free. Again, the whole team were always available, responsive and genuinely committed to supporting their tenants. I would 100% recommend them!

I’ve been renting a property managed by J Elmer Turner realtors for 3+ years now. They’re super nice, responsive, and easy to stop by their office if you ever need anything. Townhome property (12 units) is clean, attractive, and well maintained, they even have gardeners and maintenance come by property regularly to keep anything from deteriorating. I don’t have a single complaint after 3 years. If you ever need anything it’s a phone call away or it’s easy to drop by their office. Best landlord/property management I’ve had in 12+ years in Dallas and favorite property I’ve rented, my property even has a spacious private rooftop with a downtown view.

Mr. Mike Turner The best Realtor I have ever known he listen to your concerns and do his best to work with you as much as he can he have work with me and my son with his barber shop trying to help him keep it and I really appreciate the blessing we received on staying in the barber shop.
