My husband and I were introduced to Katie from our realtor in Washington. We were making the move to Arizona and our realtor happened to know Katie on a personal basis. She told me I would adore her, and that she would do right by us. My husband and I came to Arizona and we had two very full days with Katie. We didn’t know our way around. Looking back, it’s funny at the locations that we were considering. I based these decisions purely off price, not Location. Poor Katie, she was willing to go down dirt roads, roads with potholes. At one point, she drove north and then south, never complaining and always had a smile on her face. We had one day left. I was worried because I wasn’t finding the right home. Katie didn’t seem concerned at all. She assured me that we would find the right home for our family. Last day was spent with new builders where we were able to compare options, pricing lots, etc. She knew her way around town, knew the builders and offered her input. She knew the market and was able to help us secure our new home. The whole process was very easy. Which was wonderful because I lived in a different state. I still call Katie to this day. She knows everyone and can always offer some kind of referral whether it’s for bugs, upholstery cleaning, house cleaning, and painting. She knows someone that can help. You will not be disappointed working with Katie. She’s full of light and love and happiness always willing to help and goes above and beyond. I thought that this would be my forever home, but I might have one more in me…..

From the first meeting with Katie, I knew we were in the right place. We are a special needs family with a long list of non-negotiable needs for a new house. We showed the list to her, we were so sure she will look at it and say it was impossible. Instead she took a picture of it and said, "I'll get working on this, no problem." From listing our house, finding our new house and arranging closing so it would be convenient for our kids. She always put our family first and it was amazing. Joe was so on top of paperwork and called to explain every little detail to us, no matter what day or what time. He made sure that we understood exactly what was going on. From hours of travel for both of them, so so so many hours of overtime, they never blinked and they always put us first. That is something I will never forget. Your family is always safe with them, and that's something I will always be grateful for.
