We had a great experience selling our home with Brian. He was easy to communicate with by phone, text, and email, and he gave us great advice about what needed to be done to get our house ready to sell. He was happy to provide names of contractors to do tile work and painting. We moved out before our home was actually on the market, and Brian helped communicate with the contractors who were doing the painting etc, and handled the listing photography once the work was done. Our home sold very quickly for well over listing and the closing process was completely painless, despite the fact that we were in another state.
