Kim Carmichael is the absolute best! She helped us find an ideal home for our desired price and location, made multiple trips in Denver traffic, and did some great negotiating and a lot of hand-holding. We are first-time home buyers, and so she had to educate us on a LOT; but was always patient and transparent. When we wound up having some unexpected (and super stressful!) issues with both our seller and lender, Kim handled these issues gracefully, professionally, and compassionately. She was available, flexible, and transparent at every step of the process; and even gave us a cute gift basket when we closed.
