I cannot recommend Howard Realty enough. Tirza helped completely take the stress out of finding me a place to rent for the business I am trying to open here in Louisville. She met with me to get all of the details of what I needed for the space, found places, set up tours, and then once we found the perfect place she communicated for me with the landlord to get all the details of the next steps, helped analyze the lease, went back to him with questions, and helped me seal the deal and get the keys! I know that buying a house would be nothing but the same (a seamless, stress free process) and I will use her for all of my future realtor needs! I recommend you do the same!
