5-STARS to America! She showed us 36 homes in one week with absolute grace. Can’t say enough about how she just kept chugging along with us. We weren’t exactly the greatest clients, she had to do several last-minute schedule changes for us and she coordinated with every seller so that we could see every single house we wanted to. Incredible. The reason why I knock off a star for this Company is strictly the fact that it’s structured off of a quantity over quality basis. You get an entire team of about 10 people to help you buy this home which I’m sure helps you get a home but, overall, it’s a very impersonal process and for me it’s a very personal purchase. A lot of the people on your team really never get to know you and you don’t get to know them. They don’t really know what you want so we found ourselves managing the communication between each team member just a little bit and that each team member didn’t really know us that well. Dylan, our main point of contact is a fantastic person and a fantastic worker but he’s given nine clients at one time. How is he supposed to manage every single one of those clients needs and wants? When your team is also working with 15 other people, you can tell. For my next time around, I’ll probably just try and deal with an individual rather than a team.
