This one star rating is not for Heather & Company Realty Group but for a member on their team Laura Rodriguez. I rented a Section 8 home that she has. Lived there for almost 4 years. Never had a problem with Laura until I had a water leak under the house. Long story short had to sue her because the leakage bills were so high that she was aware of and did not help cover, eventually my water got cut off. She still received Section 8 payments for rent although me and my kids were without water for 5 months. She eventually tried to get the water on in her name, in which, I opposed of because it was not only a fraudulent move because I was still living there but I still needed that bill covered if I wanted to live somewhere else in Del City. I sued. She retaliated. She posted Intent to Enters for Inspection and the first one she never showed up on the date she posted, causing me to lose wages at my job and jeopardizing my job. She then had me and my children evicted with a 48hr notice to leave just days ago, leaving my children and I homeless. I can go on and on about all the vindictive , retaliatory things she’s done and although all this transpired against us , the judge in my lawsuit against her saw what a liar she was to the point she was almost held in contempt and a sheriff she lied on came to the courtroom to expose her lies. The judge heard both our testimonies and I presented my evidence and won my case and her counter claim denied. If you plan on renting from any of her homes especially her Section 8 homes be very cautious, there are no retaliation laws to protect tenants in this state of Oklahoma. I now have an eviction on my record because this Landlord Laura Rodriguez took advantage of this broken system. But God will always have the last and final say!

Annie and Brandon House were amazing and made selling our first home a lot less stressful!
