We are so appreciative of The Haynes Team at Triangle and especially Julie Morris. We looked at numerous homes and Julie was so patient with us. She never rushed us or tried to force us into a decision. She did not offer her opinion of the homes we were looking at except to clarify or give needed information. Julie and the staff at Triangle were so friendly we came to really like them a lot. If anyone is looking for a dedicated person who will devote her time (even after 5) then Julie is your person. A five star rating is really not high enough. Julie stayed with us all the way thru closing and the Haynes Team helped us get all the paperwork done in a timely manner. So I placed my home up for sale at the beginning of February. I was very bothered about what I should do, rent or sale. Was leaning to renting due to the economy. Triangle asked me to trust them, and let them do them. Because if it didn’t sell you. An always rent it still. The job they did with staging and pic and 3D walk through was amazing. My home had multiple bids and was off the market within 10days.. and the process was smooth. Could not have asked for a better team, a better experience. They were top notch, professional to the fullest. Recommend them them to anyone.
