Someone from this team ran a red light downtown driving their company care. Crazy doing it in company vehicle.

I was able to speak to one of the Hathaway's after seeing one of their signs at a new construction site for what I believed were new apartments being built in Cabot, Arkansas. I had left a message but honestly, I didn't think I'd hear from anyone really after leaving a message for them and went along with my day. I was quite surprised when they did call me back afterall. I answered the phone and found on the other end of the line was a very pleasant and resepectful gentleman. He called me back fairly quickly from the time I had left my message. I was quite happy to hear from the company and I began to tell how I had seen a sign for these new apartments being built in Cabot, Arkansas and wondered how to reach the people who owned the new construction because I wanted to know if the property was going to be considered a LIHTC complex and all sorts of other questions related to that. The man humbly explained how the Hathaway's were probably just the ones who sold the property and sadly was not familiar with anything else relating to what was being built. But, just so you know, I was truly happy to be able to speak with at least someone about it because I didn't see any other signs that said what was actually being built there or anything else. So, I just wanted to say here, thank you Mr. Hathaway for kindly responding when in fact, it was not even something you absolutely had to do. But I really did appreciate your honesty and concern for what I was needing to know. I must say, based on the conversation that day, if I were to build something on property somewhere that the Hathaway folks were selling, I'd say, BUY FROM THEM. I believe his name was Jack? Thanks for letting me know what I needed to know....at least what you could. It was greatly appreciated that there are still decent business owners out there who really are still down down to earth and level headed and kind. I didn't feel rushed during that conversation with any of my questions which I thought were important to me. Thank you Mr. Hathaway!
