It is honestly hard to put into words how incredible Hannah Dean was during our home buying and selling process. We had a very difficult ask for Hannah, deciding to sell our property before we had found another house (after she had been so incredibly patient for months look at countless houses with us), all during the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons. She made the process of putting our house on the market as seamless and stress-free as possible. Her line of communication was open 24/7, answering texts from us at all hours of the day and night, and always with an incredibly quick response time. She was able to secure us buyers for our home within a week, and even though they wanted to close within a month, she helped us with every single detail of the inspection window, closing process, and negotiations. To make it even more complicated, we finally found the home we loved (that she actually found for us), and decided to close on the new house on the same day as our old home. All within a month. Hannah was able to coordinate with both agents for the buyers of our old home and the previous owners of our new home efficiently, minimizing the stress and complications on our end. Additionally, every recommendation Hannah gave us for companies or businesses to use during this process, including house-cleaners, inspectors, foundation specialists, etc., were all incredible. Hannah told us that she only likes to give out names that she 100% endorses and has done significant research on, and it shows. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions in detail. You can tell that she is very passionate about what she does, and wants to do a great job for her clients not only to help them find their dream house, but also because it is genuinely what she loves to do! I have already been recommending Hannah to anyone I know that is searching for a new home or interesting in selling their current house, and I will continue to do so as long as Hannah is working in real estate.
