I’ve worked with Guy to buy and then (8 years later) sell my condo in Arlington. I needed a house with 10 ft. ceilings and he found my perfect place in one of the Village’s historic neighborhoods. Let me start by saying Guy is a work horse. I am someone who sends and email and expects a response before I even hit send, and guy comes through every time. I started my real estate journey in 2017 and we are now in 2025 and I am getting ready to close on my 6th house. I have made 6 offers and got all 6 houses I wanted.
