Top-notch service. Way beyond what we could have asked or hoped for. When we wanted to go above what was legally required for our buyers because we felt the inspector had missed stuff, Maggie Gunnels got an electrician there at 8 pm and an appliance guy to fix a dishwasher mounting problem that two others had failed to fix. This was an extremely quick turnaround made more difficult by having renters in the house for 3 weeks past the lease date(long story). This was 4,000 sq ft of space that needed to be dealt with and when our cleaner could not come the morning of the closing but needed to defer until the afternoon; Maggie Gunnels came through with 3 cleaners who came in the morning and got the job done. On less than two hours notice. Maggie Gunnels is an all-star. She clearly knows her business and she went far above our expectations. Just for good measure, she bought us a very nice bottle of wine.
