We have worked with Mark several times. He is always quick to help us, honest, and extremely nice person. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home, farm or business property. He has been in the business for many years and grew up on a farm so he knows all kinds of properties and would never lie to make a sale.

Mark was our property manager. There was a flooding issue that he ignore that resulted in a mold problem. When confronted about it he said that his repair guy was busy remodeling his (Mark's) bathroom and that he couldn't get to it for a while. When we indicated that waiting several months was not an acceptable timeline, he said that we had to move out on July 31st and that he was not renewing our lease. We indicated that we had signed a lease renewal and he said that it was just an indication that we wanted to renew. We emailed a copy of the lease renewal (we had made a copy for our records) and hired a lawyer. Our property was sold within the next few weeks and the new owners have been incredible. They took over ownership about 3 years ago and we have lived at this property for 6. Mark has repeatedly lied to us and scammed us and our neighbors. I would avoid Mark Greenfield and Greenbush Properties at all costs. I have documentation of all issues with Mark Greenfield. Beware.
