Tracy Perry was a wonderful agent during our house search! He was extremely flexible with scheduling showings when they worked for us. We brought a baby to all of the showings, so with our unpredictable schedule, Tracy’s flexibility was really helpful. He was also very patient and easygoing, so we did not feel pressured to settle for a house that we didn’t love. Tracy is very knowledgeable about house maintenance and upkeep, so that was helpful when we had questions about the condition of houses we were viewing and expected costs for construction and maintenance. Angela Michelle is a realtor who apparently struggles with basic reading comprehension. She scheduled a showing with a clearly defined 30-minute appointment window. When that 30-minute window expired and I called to find out where she was, she informed me that she was "on her way" and claimed she thought she had an hour. That raises a legitimate concern: if a realtor can't correctly read and understand something as simple as the length of a scheduled showing, how much confidence should clients have when that same realtor is reviewing contracts, deadlines, and legally binding documents? Showing up late is one thing. Failing to understand the appointment you scheduled yourself is another. Unprofessional. Disorganized. Poor attention to detail. And based on this experience, the comprehension skills doesn't seem to be there.
