We relocated from Arkansas and contacted Greg before we moved. I watched Go Idahos YT videos and I enjoyed Gregs. He was very helpful answering questions before we got to Idaho and even helped us set up with a broker. When we got here we started looking right away as we were in a time crunch. Greg was timely, patient, and very friendly. He gave us suggestions for where to eat and where to check out. We looked at several homes before we found the one we put an offer on. Greg was helpful through that process and we were able to get below asking. The process was pretty smooth and they catered to our time line. We had some issues following moving in and Greg was helpful with those issues as well. I would use Greg again if I needed another real estate agent!

Our journey with Greg Langhaim began with watching a YouTube video (if you haven't watched his channel - highly recommend!). I called Go Idaho Group to see if I could chat with Greg and was told he was on vacation but that they would give him the message. He called me back almost immediately and took an hour out of his vacation to learn about us and our needs. We would be traveling in from out of town to look at houses with little time - he got it done in one day. He took us to a few places on our list and then to a community that was not on our radar, and we didn't know existed. It was amazing and had everything we were looking for. Not only did he listen to what we wanted, he knew of a few things we didn't even know we wanted/needed. Highly recommend Greg. He's knowledgeable with the area, which was key for us being from out of town. Without Greg, we would not have found the perfect home, community and neighbors. We also inconvenienced him on a few occasions with traveling in to come see it and bring friends and family before closing and he gladly came to meet us at the house every time. With Greg you get a knowledgeable realtor, a human that cares, a good sense of humor which helps when you're spending a lot of time with someone. You can stop reading reviews. Just call him, you're not going to find better.

The best Realtor in the Treasure Valley!!!! We once again want to thank Greg for everything. We just closed on another house, and as usual with Greg’s guidance, it was a flawless transaction! We originally found Greg on his YouTube videos. We bought our first house and used him last year. He dealt with the builder, we sat back and signed paperwork. He then sold that house and got WAY over asking with a very short close. Greg is always available when you need him, always professional, and always has the best advice. We are very grateful we found his YouTube channel, his knowledge of the valley and all the different areas we like is always spot on! Thank you once again Greg, you are the BEST!!!!!!!
