Ginger was absolutely fantastic! My husband and I had only been through the buying process once almost nine years ago. We found Ginger and after striking out a few times on purchasing a home in this crazy market, we decided to build our dream home instead. Ginger was there with us every step of way the process. We were given Ginger’s contact info through a friend and figured there was nothing to lose by texting her asking if she was taking on buyers. Next thing I know Ginger asks when our earliest availability is to meet and chat about our wants and what we are looking for. We decided to meet her Saturday morning for coffee and she comes with this folder of important papers for us to read and refer to whenever we get anxious about the home-buying process. She took notes on everything we said and created an online portal for us to use to help us find our first home. All we had to do was text her an address or like the listing in the portal and she got to work setting up showings. We started looking at houses the next day and just one week from meeting Ginger we put in an offer on our dream home and it was accepted Sunday! With our weird working hours, she had no problem scheduling showings at 8pm. We saw at least 1 house everyday from meeting her, sometimes one in the morning and one later that evening, and Ginger made us feel like we were her only buyers every time we were together which I know was not the case. At our initial meeting I told Ginger our lease was up at the end of August and I figured we would have to go month to month until we found a home. Ginger’s response was none other than, “What makes you think we can’t close by the end of Summer”? She was totally right! Working with Ginger was seamless and she has a team of people she works with which makes the entire home buying process less stressful. Ginger is available any time of day and will answer EVERY question you have. Being our first home, and first experience with a realtor, we couldn’t have asked for anyone better than Ginger. She taught us so much at each house showing; doing so with patience and grace. Ginger is not in the real estate business for just a profit. Ginger will make sure you find THE house you’ve been looking for and will make sure you have butterflies in your stomach before you put in your offer. Ginger is not just our agent but she is now our life long friend.
