Filed exactly per their own policy (ethics complaints are independent; 180 days from discovery). The only “outcome” I got was “informed and educated.” When I asked why no action was taken, I was told “we can’t discuss it.” When I pressed, Consuelo suddenly invoked a 180‑day Citation Policy something never mentioned when I first asked. After that, silence. My posts about this were removed from their social media, and my follow‑ups were ignored. Appears their policy is delete‑first, answer‑never. I was also told, “C.A.R. has no role in this matter since Fresno is no longer participating in the Statewide Professional Standards Program… Fresno PS operates independently of C.A.R. and C.A.R. does not have a supervisory role.” So… no accountability to anyone?

Not very friendly. Lane was the only nice one I spoke with here. Everyone else seems like they think people calling to ask a question is an inconvenience to them.

I have had nothing but good experiences dealing with the Fresno Association. I am actually a Broker in the Bay Area but joined to handle a Fresno listing that I had and to gain access to the Fresno MLS. From day one, very friendly, very helpful -- definite thumbs up.
