Our house buying experience with Foxtrot Realty was incredible. Lake Bishop made the entire process informative, fun and rewarding. Lake helped us find the perfect house for our needs and expectations. He went out of his way to not only help us find a house but to help us understand every aspect of the house buying process. Lake took the time to walk us through options for lender's, insurance, inspections and everything we'd need to insure we understood everything we needed to be successful. Before we even started physically looking for a house, Lake sat down with us to discuss specific areas, wants and needs. He then sent us updates focused on the things we shared with him. When it came time to start looking at houses, he helped us map out the most efficient way to make the most of our time. He was patient and accommodating even when my wife added 5 extra viewings on a day when we'd already seen 10 houses. Once we choose our house, Lake helped us understand the things we needed to do to move forward. He was always available to answer questions and we never felt we were bothering him as he was eager to help. It'd be easy to assume Foxtrot Realty is more focused on the Green Valley Ranch area but we quickly realized that Lake was knowledgeable in the entire Denver area. The home we found is in Centennial and we were comforted by his knowledge of not just the Centennial area but also he was able to walk us through the strengths of the Home Owners Association in the community we chose. My wife and I are so very happy we chose to work with Foxtrot and we would highly recommend their services to anyone we know who was looking for, not just a real estate agent but someone who genuinely cares about making the entire experience rewarding.

We had a wonderful experience working with Lake at Foxtrot Realty to sell our house in Aurora! This was our first time selling a house, so we were unfamiliar with the process and what we should do to make our home as attractive as possible to buyers. Lake met with us in-person multiple times, gave us practical and personalized information about how to prepare and stage our home for photos, and took notes about all the positive qualities about our house. He had excellent references for all the help we needed along the way (handymen, plumbers, cleaners, etc), so we never needed to spend time researching contractors on our own. The photographer he used for our home was spectacular and the listing he posted online blew me away - our house looked and sounded so beautiful. His marketing was impeccable and our house was SO well showcased! Lake was also very responsive to all our questions and proactively kept us informed along the way, including helping us think through strategy during a lull in the housing market - this was so helpful in managing our own expectations and emotions while awaiting showings and offers. It wasn’t long before we started getting a lot of interest in our property, and Lake was great at following up with potential buyers to ultimately get us a solid offer. He was very responsive to texts and readily available for phone calls, and his advice during negotiations was incredibly helpful in making sure that we came to an agreement that everyone was happy with. He also kept us on track during the whole closing process, which was a much smoother and easier journey than I had anticipated thanks to his clear communications! I’m so grateful we chose Lake as our realtor - he is a great communicator and made the whole process of selling our home as easy and low-stress as possible. We always knew we were in good hands with him and his team!
