I don't think I can stress enough how much I enjoyed working with Carolyn as my realtor. As a first time home buyer in Maynard, I was unsure about the process. Carolyn made it easy! She's incredibly responsive, flexible, and really just a joy to spend time with. I plan to recommend her to any and all of my friends and family.

One would expect that all realtors offer a standard of professionalism, assistance and guidance, but they DO NOT! Once we found a house, had it not been for Carolyn stepping up to take lead, and being as proactive and willing to "do the work" for us (and in my opinion, the other agent as well), buying our dream home would have been a nightmare. Katie Fisher helped me with every step of getting my house ready for market and closing the sale. It was a 6-month process and the Fisher team helped me with selecting contractors for renovations, finding a mover, removal of unwanted items, marketing my house and getting it sold. This was a long process and they helped in many unexpected ways like a pep talk when I was sagging and seeing us off the day we were leaving town.
