We recently sold our home of 16 years with Ed and Alyssa Simpson. While this can be a very stressful process, we felt completely confident by choosing them to represent us. I was planning on selling our house, that we had lived in for 22 years, by owner to save the sales commission. I was so busy I just didn't have time. Ed stopped by my office on a Monday around 4:00, and I asked him if he'd be interested in selling my house. He looked at it, we signed the listing at 8:00 that evening, and he delivered an offer the next afternoon. Ed sold our house for 5% more than the listing price. I've known Ed for many years and had several business dealings with him. He is a man of integrity, very professional, and has always done what he said he would do.

Ed is very professional. He is very reasonably priced. He save me lots of money. First he help me to rent my house in Rogers Arkansas. Then he also sold my house in January 2020. Personal name he’s a great guy. I will do business with him again without any hesitation.
