Scheduled a tour to go look at this home with our realtor. Only to find out that home had a potential buyer. The potential buyer was at the home, making incorrect and improper renovations. The buyer told my partner and I from her own mouth along with her boyfriend that she was planning on buying it and doesn’t have a loan approved. We spoke to our realtor about this as she pulled into the property. She called Braidynn Bauman to confirm the information. To our surprise, Bauman told our realtor it is “a waste of time” to show this home because of some people who are possibly buying the home, but had no approved loan and making renovations to a property they don’t even own or live in. Our realtor was upset as there NO prior communication about this and Bauman knew we were coming to look at the property. It is still showing on Zillow that the home is for sale. Poor communication, poor professionalism. Buyers and sellers beware of this company.
