Danatta Thompson is by far the most helpful realtor and customer service personnel that I have EVER encountered ! She is on top of your house buying needs, as if it were her personally ! She is a very strong advocate for you and you will very much appreciate her for it ! She is very professional , punctual , communicative , and helpful for ANY matter. She even went as far as to provide certain resources for me that I needed as a first time home buyer ! If she doesn't have/ know the resource she will take the time to find it and assist you immediately! I would NOT recommend anyone else ! Please contact her and only her for your home buying needs ! 10/10 service and professionalism ! There is no one else like her , I m certain of it ! I recently had the pleasure of working with Aretha Amenyedor to purchase my dream home, and I couldn't be more grateful for their exceptional service. From start to finish, Aretha was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in finding the perfect property for me. Her expertise in the local market was impressive, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I felt confident and informed throughout the entire process. Her negotiation skills are top-notch, and they successfully secured an excellent deal for me. She was always available to answer my questions, address my concerns, and provide guidance throughout the process.

This is another do nothing property management agency. No communication, no fixes, nothing. Only thing they want is money.

They sound very nice, but they don't give you the correct info about the property that you are buying. Also they try to trick you into signing a document that you , the buyer to pay their commission, plus the seller, never happen that the buyer pay the commission, he email an ammendment the night prior to closing on the property to pay him 3% of the sale price.
