Kevin has a fantastic stager on his team who has the right furniture and knowledge to make Eichlers shine. Towards the end, Kevin chose to wait to take offers because he was hoping a few more days would generate multiple offers. Although we really wanted this done and over, Kevin's strategy and patience REALLY paid off for us. In short, he more than paid for himself...
