They were great to negotiate with and agreed to add an additional room in the basement of the condo that we liked for my quilting! There were several other perks that they threw in as well. We really appreciated that. In the midst of selling/ buying our home, we contemplated on whether we should go on a vacation that we had previously planned. When we explained this to Julie, she said “why I’m here. I’ll take care of things.” During this time she streamlined and facilitated installation of our blinds and water softener. Julie also kept tabs on construction additions being completed at the new condominium. We never worried and had a great vacation! Jim's team was very professional with significant effort applied to move from property listing to close. His access to professional and committed contractors allowed resolution of contingencies quickly without causing delays to our initial closing date schedule. Eight (8) days to receive an offer, 30 days to close. In this economy, the sale want faster then I had expected. Jim's team deserves the credit for that.

We had the pleasure of working with Hannah, she was informative and always available for questions. I would keep going back to her if I ever needed to sell a house again.
