From property tours to closing, Cecile Steinriede and her Elfant Wissahickon team really went the extra mile for us! We had just one week to physically view properties in the Philly area during the busy spring selling season. Cecile took time before we arrived to get to know us (and what we wanted in a home), and we were able to leave at the end of the week with an accepted offer. Kang Lee at Elfant Wissahickon was our realtor and he was (and continues to be) phenomenal. We worked with him for over six months when we ranged from seriously considering properties to casually looking. He was wonderful to work with, always answering our questions in a polite and easy to understand manner, and making sure we were able to make informed decisions on any property we looked at. We found our dream house and Kang worked really hard and negotiated for us, saving us a lot of money and getting us well under asking and seller credits. He was super responsive and went above and beyond for us on several occasions. The entire team at Elfant Wissahickon was wonderful to work with and we had the least stressful homebuying experience I could imagine (picking paint for the house has been more work/stress)!! We are so happy and thankful to have found Kang and Elfant Wissahickon!!

Seamless experience both buying and selling my home. James Sugg is delightful, helpful, professional and knowledgeable about everything from plumbing and utilities to documentation and paperwork. The office is organizes the schedule with calendars and deadlines so everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend this agency.

They went to extraordinary lengths to prepare and help me sell my home when I suddenly had to be out of town several months for caregiving. AND their guidance and wisdom is spot on.
