Ed made the first time home buying experience less stressful. He knows what he is doing. He has a great reputation with the builders. I never was on my own for the entire process. He was prompt with returning my messages and scheduling viewing. I will definitely refer him to my family and friends. He is professional and makes you feel comfortable with the entire process. I bought my first home with Edward and it was a ver pleasant experience! he was extremely knowledgeable and transparent throughout the entire process. We must have looked at close to ten properties and He opened my eyes to many of the things to look out for when purchasing a home. Buying a new home is a huge change. For most it's a huge scary change. Ed made the transition from one home to the next very easy. A lot of us are picky home buyers, but Ed showed a lot of patience with me and made sure I didn't settle into something I was not going to be happy with long-term.
