Robyn Kurpiel is absolutely wonderful! She was our teammate through the entire process and remains a good friend. Robyn Kurpiel was my agent and helped me buy AND sell my home. The short version is that I've never had a realtor work harder on my behalf, with a GREAT attitude, than Robyn. She's phenomenal! The longer version: I was introduced to Robyn through a mutual acquaintance and asked her to help me find my perfect home 3 1/2 years ago. I was VERY specific. I wanted a 3+ bedroom modern style with an abundance of natural light, a master bedroom that could be pitch black (I do shift work), a game room large enough to fit two full-size poker tables, and a large outdoor area. It needed to be in a fairly safe neighborhood or have amazing security features. It needed to be within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment and it could not be more than a 20 minute drive from work. Needless to say, I wanted a lot and really didn't expect her to find much. Within a week or so, she had multiple homes for me to tour. She'd already previewed them and was prepared with answers to my questions. If there was anything she didn't know, she would find out the answer and respond immediately. Long story short - we found the perfect house and I was extremely happy until I needed to transfer to Houston with my job. So 3 years after buying my home, I asked Robyn to help me list it. She walked through my house and gave me pointers to make it more appealing to buyers. Robyn and the team at East Dallas guided me through every step, including some very frustrating moments. Through it all, Robyn remained calm and focused on achieving a great outcome. In the end, she got this deal over the finish line, sometimes in spite of me being a little bratty. Although I was not the easiest client, she did it with a professional and amazing attitude. To reiterate, Robyn Kurpiel is fantastic and I'm happy to recommend her!
