Being a new home buyer, I was not aware of what the home buying experience would entail but I soon found out that having a realtor that knew how to handle ANY SITUATION, IS A NECESITY!!! Kirstin’s years of experience in realty was crucial, when buying our house some things did not go perfect. However, she was able to help guide us in every direction, align us with multiple financing options, and made hectic transaction seem like an everyday buy. Without Kirstin’s knowledge, guidance, resources, encouragement, professionalism, and kindness…… There is probably no way we would be in our house today. If you don’t know what you need in a relator, Kirstin does, and will get it done!

Kirstin Moore spent a good deal of time with us looking at homes. She helped us make decisions for the mortgage and title companies we used. She also recommended an inspector (the best I have ever used). She made my life easy! She also gave me names of people I could try for painting and handymen etc. I called her my one stop shop. She is the best. Dynamics experience and training makes them the best!

Kirstin was an absolute savor for us!! She was very aggressive in finding us exactly what we wanted and we we decided on a house is when she totally shined! We had a difficult situation and after our first mortgage company fell through she went out on a limb and used a company she hadn’t worked much with but pushed things through until we got our new home!! Can’t say enough great things about Kirstin and our experience in buying a home through her. I would describe Kirstin as someone that is patiently persistent and willing to do anything for her customer. This market is brutal when it comes time to finding a home. We live out of state and were looking for a home in AZ. She helped us narrow down our search to specific areas based on our requirements. She would FaceTime or zoom with us for showings. Since we couldn’t be there in person for most of them she knew what we were looking for and would give us her honest feedback regarding the house, location, etc… After several months of showings and a few offers that we lost out on, she finally found us our perfect home.
