Due to a personal move, I unfortunately had to sell my first home after only 15 months - but Destinie and team were with me every step of the way. I had met Destinie 3 or 4 years prior to buying my first home and even though she knew I was just curious with no actual plans to buy yet, she was always so quick to message back or offer to meet up whenever I had questions. She even helped with information and advice when I had planned to buy my first home in Minnesota - knowing she wouldn't be able to be my real estate agent. After having a horrendous experience in Minnesota with a Minnesotan real estate agent, I reached out to Destinie to see if she knew of any houses in Sioux Falls that would fit what I was looking for and my budget. Destinie instantly found 4-5 houses for me to take a look at and made the first-time buying process so easy and stress free (seriously!). When I realized I would be moving and had to sell my home, Destinie was my first call. I loved my house so much and was sad to sell, but Destinie found the perfect buyers without even having to put it on the market! She came up with the best deal for both me and the buyers and used her expertise with the contacts in town to make sure everything was perfect and went smoothly (again, stress free!).
