David was phenomenal. Extremely personable, thoughtful, and helpful in my apartment search. He ended up finding me the perfect place and I couldn’t be more grateful. He went above and beyond at every step of the way from scheduling tours to negotiating with apartments on my behalf. If you’re searching for an apartment in the area definitely go with David!

I can’t recommend David enough. I was relocating from Dallas to Houston with a newborn and a very tight deadline, and he made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel completely manageable. He took the time to clearly explain the different areas of Houston and helped me narrow down the best neighborhoods based on my work location, family size, and timeframe. I never felt rushed, and he made sure I fully understood my options and felt confident in my decision. His service was completely free since I leased an apartment. After I signed my lease, he followed up with a service that helped me quickly set up utilities and renters insurance, which saved me even more time and effort. Having someone knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested during a move like this, especially with a newborn, made all the difference. He took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders, and I am extremely grateful for his help and would highly recommend him.
