If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is the definition of unprofessional. The agents clearly have no idea what they’re doing—late to appointments, never return calls, and when they finally show up, they don’t know a single detail about the property they’re trying to sell. It felt less like working with realtors and more like babysitting amateurs. The paperwork was a nightmare, full of mistakes that cost me time and money, and when I brought it up, they shrugged it off like it was no big deal. Communication is non-existent, promises are empty, and customer service is laughable. Buying or selling a home is stressful enough, but this company managed to make it ten times worse. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

I was recommended to David Griffin & Co Realtors through my boss who is connected to a lot of professionals in the industry. I submitted a form online and immediately was contacted by Randall Elms. The ENTIRE process he was extremely patient, helpful, honest, kind, hard working, and proactive. As a first time home buyer, he even gave me tips on how to care for the house we were looking at in case I were to move forward with the home. He was not pushy at all either, which is extremely important to us. Great communication for the several months we worked with him, whether it was email, text, or phone call. Throughout the process he shared resources with me to help me make informed decisions, and if I was confused about anything he would always clarify. He's been in the DFW area for a long time and is very knowledgeable with the area (which of course is a plus). I always felt that we were his #1 priority (and have no doubt his other clients do as well). We ended up making our first home purchase and we couldn't be happier with the service he and his company provided to us. We absolutely recommend this company.

During the complete process this team was dedicated, trustworthy, devoted, and so much more! The entire David Griffin team will blow your mind with their amazing service and commitment to excellence. If you are aiming to buy or sell a home, look no more, you will never find a finer group of individuals.

Unprofessional brokers. As buyers we blocked off time during this pandemic to see a house and when we got there the selling broker double booked the appointment leaving us out in the cold with our baby. Thank you Robert Kurcharski.
