Fantastic realtor. Working with David was night and day compared to our previous realtor. Both had knowledge of the area and the industry, but David was truly looking out for us and our goals and not just trying to close the deal asap. He was very patient as we took over a year to find our home. Accommodated our busy schedules. After getting into contract he facilitated inspections, follow up walkthroughs, communicated with our lender and basically made sure all bases were covered. After closing he helped us navigate the nuances of a moving to a new city... Utilities, city taxes, ISP, etc. super helpful. I'd give him 10 stars if I could.
