DaVan Gassett from Coldwell Bank Realty is one of the most unprofessional realtors I have ever encountered. I toured a property that he was representing in Sycamore township. DaVan had explicitly told my real estate agent that he would close the listing as soon as he received an our offer. We had written that offer immediately. DaVan went completely silent after receiving our offer and even stopped responding until late Saturday night changing his story saying they were going to take highest and best offers until Monday at noon. DaVan lacks in communication, clarity, and professionalism. I would and will never list with this agent, and I would highly recommend never doing any business with this agent to anyone looking to list or buy a property.
