It may be unfair to fully describe how awesome our experience was with Dana, Whitney, Inma and the rest of the team because it may be difficult to match. We were obviously aware of the reputation, but our expectations were exceeded. After the passing of our parents a couple years ago, we knew selling our family home would be a sensitive and potentially stressful undertaking. From our initial conversations, it was clear the process would be handled with care and professionalism. In deciding the scope of possible renovations we wanted to do justice to the house and our 40 plus years of memories. Inma and Pineapple Interiors provided touch points in working with our budget and tight timeline. The final result was amazing. The strategy Dana and Whitney employed in listing the house contributed to getting it under contract in a matter of days. This was more than a small feat and took a deep understanding of the neighborhood and market nuances. When necessary, ideas were suggested and easy compromises found. Nobody knows DMV better than Dana and her group. From the moment we met, we knew she would be our choice because she genuinely believed in us and believed in our house. She could immediately see all the little and big ways we customized and poured into our house when essentially nobody else we interviewed did. She turned that vision into selling a dream (not just another random house). We've worked with many agents through the years, and in our experience she really stood out in this way. Her team was top notch in getting us ready to go live and taking care of every little detail, from staging, photos, videos, cleaning, repairs, etc. She hit the ground running to get the word out about our listing in every circle she belonged to. She worked her tail off for us. She ultimately brought many eyes to our house. She eventually helped us to find the right buyer and made the closing process extremely smooth. I would disclose that we didn't end up getting the price we initially listed at, but in no way is that an issue with Dana. We listed at a time in the DMV when the job market was highly unstable (summer 2025), leading to rapid real estate market shifts. Nonetheless she was rock solid and confident in her strategy and plan of attack, yet adaptable and responsive to market shifts when the timing called for it. She has been in this community for a long time and is very connected. She gave me great referrals for handymen, painters, and a moving company. Dana will do her part, work hard, and earn her keep. If I had to sell (or buy) in the future, I would use Dana and her group without a doubt.

Dana and her team are TOP NOTCH! They conducted a very methodical and disciplined approach to selling my home and it worked! Dana will often say "trust the process." As a seller, if you'd like for your home to sell despite obvious market challenges, just "trust the process." You won't regret it!
