Dalys came to me by referral from someone I trust implicitly. They definitely did not steer me wrong at all! As a former REALTOR, I had an advantage of knowing how transactions go and Dalys and her team exceeded even what I believed was possible. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to leave my rental and Dalys (as well as Neal on the mortgage side) brought me from start to finish in 45 days!!!! Melvi and I had a great time viewing properties and she was pickier than I was and reminded me of what’s important. Not just finding a house to live in, but being comfortable in a HOME. Then came the closing and OMG, it was the smoothest closing even I had been to and it was my own which could have been tragic. 10/10 recommend Dalys and anyone else associated with her. She is a consummate professional, very responsive and caring. She also followed up afterwards to check on us and see if we need anything. As a busy professional who works in DC, she made everything from start to finish where I did not have to think of much. She took care of it all. The process of selling my parents’ home started over three years ago. The market was more favorable to sellers, the property was in better condition, and my parents owed several hundred thousand dollars less than the debt accumulated three years later. During that time, my parents met with and continued to talk to realtors from various brokerages, including two agents from your firm. When we met Dalys, my parents said they had finally met the right real estate professional to sell their home. As early as our first meeting, in her nice-no-nonsense way, she informed my parents of the process and the non-negotiable timeline moving forward. In addition to bi-weekly Zoom calls and other forms of regular communication, there was a daily occurrence of Dalys reminding my parents of the consequences of any delay and the reason they were working together. It is heartbreaking to think how much money my parents could have netted had they met with Dalys from the very beginning. She is the one who gained their trust and earned their business. It would take me too long to detail all the things she did and the roadblocks she flattened every single day from our meeting up to and including the day my parents pre-signed.
