The Da Silva Team is a crew truly built with integrity, love, and great character. My experience with them was truly one of a kind. Their love for turning houses into homes is unmatched. They are also very respectful and accommodating to animal lovers!

This is definitely the best real estate team in Newark. My process of looking for a house has been great. I came in it knowing a thing about buying a house and got amazing guidance in the process. Chris Lugo and Brendan Da Silva have been great to work with.

This was not a smooth experience. As a first time seller I was not informed of a lot. At first I thought my realtor was not very experienced, but when I asked questions, he knew answers. I was more in communication with their attorney than with realtor. A day before closing realtor actually called me asking me if I had the CO. In his words “ somebody has it I just don’t know who.” This is the realtor’s responsibility. Also, he didn’t want to use text, he wanted phone conversations. Even the buyer’s realtor was surprised by this. Buyer’s realtors normally get 2%, this agency only gave them 1.5. If I had to do it all over again I would either go with a more known realty agency or do plain buyer and seller transaction without realtors. Thanks
