When asking as a diverse family (never bothered to ask what the diversity even was) if we would feel safe in the community here, I was met with “I can’t talk about politics and I have to tread carefully with what I say due to the fair housing act” and sent me a link to demographics. That sums up my experience working with a realtor here. In a professional manner, he made his racism shine and definitely made his “politics” known. Yikes. Definitely don’t recommend.

I recently bought a property in the Heber Springs area. I found the property searching on line but it takes an agent to close the deal. I found the listing agent was Debbie Nichols. I gave her a call. She was a delight to work with from the very start. She did everything in her power to get me and the seller to a price agreement that was fair for both. Although there was no home on the property, the land was going through probate. Debbie walked me through everything and made it understandable to a non real estate person like me. There were a couple of other small issues she helped me with and that was after closing ! I'm very guarded in my dealings with people. Debbie made me feel at ease with the whole process. You're making the same mistakes on your pricing. OVERPRICED! Take the residence on hwy 25 in quitman.....9 acres and an older house. you're doing just like varvil real estate in quitman did it. Ridiculous! You're about $120 k over. Oh yeah....this isn't a bot!
