Conchetta Park was efficient, friendly , explained real estate terms and the process carefully. She was very patient with me, since I had never sold a house. She suggested an alternative to my attending the closing, knowing that I would be busy moving out of my house. She was a good listener. Some salespeople can make me uncomfortable with their aggresiveness. She did her job without making me feel as if she was too pushy.
