Mike did a phenomenal job all around. He helped us sell our home, at the same time as buying a new house. I appreciated his expertise in the area and his patience as we went through the buying/selling process. Mike always made sure all my questions were answered and helped in any way he could.

They have a realtor in there named Ann fox who doesn’t like to follow what was actually put in a contract and allows her clients to sign into a contract and then make up their own rules as they go along. Ann and her client signed a contract with laid out terms and then when they didn’t get their way they decided they were not going to uphold their end of the contract and will not release the Ernst deposit money even though the contract clearly stated the terms. She should either get her client to release the deposit money or she should forfeit her license. I will be taking this matter to the state if not resolved in a timely manner.
