I ended my relationship with this team after they explicitly told me that researching permit history and the reasons for multiple failed escrows on a property was 'not realistic' and a 'waste of time' for them. As a buyer, I expected an advocate to help me identify these red flags, but their model relies purely on automated portals without any proactive vetting. If you are looking for an agent who performs due diligence before you get into contract, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

We were referred to Joe Gibson by our loan officer. Joe is an incredible real estate agent! My husband and I were first time home buyers and didn't know a whole lot about real estate. Joe walked us through the process and was very knowledgeable. He educated us and was very patient as we learned and figured out our home preferences. Joe was respectful of our budget, helped us find new neighborhoods, and helped us find a great deal. He was excellent when it came to negotiating and had our best interest in mind throughout the process. He worked closely with our loan officer to make sure everything was going according to plan. Joe also referred us to home inspection professionals that were thorough and honest. We highly recommend working with him!
