We were looking at a home in an extremely tight market. We found an FSBO home on our own after contacting Brian. As it was the only house we could find at the time, we decided we would probably buy it. But he kept telling us, don't worry, God has the ability to work these things out. Even though Brian wasn't going to be our agent for the transaction, he still wanted to come and be part of the purchase (great guy!). I actually told Brian there was no reason to come. But he's such a nice guy, he insisted on coming. We inspected the FSBO home and were extremely disappointed in it. Brian told us he had something to show us, and wow! He had found a home that was not on the market (yet) that was perfect for our needs. Brian represented us well; we are very happy with the process and consider Brian part of our answered prayer. Great guy to work with!

I highly recommend Sean Blankenship, Broker/Co-Owner at Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury. Our commercial land had been listed for several years with another agency. Sean worked quickly, and it sold within weeks of being listed with his company. Throughout the process, he provided consistent updates and demonstrated professionalism from start to finish. I will not name names because I pray that this is an isolated incident and that this is not the culture of this particular company but I would also like to issue a warning. I had an interaction with an agent from this company and it was offensive and unprofessional and I feel like everyone needs to know. The agent was the sellers agent,we made an offer ,they made a counter, we accepted they then wanted proof that we were approved, which was verified 3 times. once they received the proof of our approval letter they went so far as to call our lender and question if the lender had done a adequate job of approving us asking our lender about our credit reports when confronted with this information the seller's agent that works for this company claimed that the lender had lied on him or her. later after everything had been verified after we had accepted their counter offer they decided that they would demand that the lender commit to a particular time. For closing and when the lender informed them that that was not something that could be guaranteed they refused to move forward unless we agreed to pay an additional $10,000 keep in mind this is after they saw our approval letter. my advice if you're dealing with a selling agent from this company DO NOT provide them with your approval amount only the fact that you are approved. based on my experience they will attempt to hold the purchase hostage and jack up the price. so please do your due diligence be careful and if it doesn't feel right, fire the agent or exit the deal. I'll keep you guys posted!! Congratulations on buying a home but please be careful, you're the one who will be stuck with that mortgage!!
