She took all my wants and concerns and made them her own and I'm beyond happy with her capabilites Her professionalismsum and her demeanor on talking, texting and emailing and making my appointments and taking care of everything was outstanding. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a great realtor. She truly is a gem. I will be using her in the future for other properties. Our first call we ended up talking for about an hour just catching up and talked about what I was looking for in a home. She set up my portal with homes that refreshed everyday with new properties to look at. When I found properties that I really liked she was always available to set up appointments. When we eventually found my amazing home she helped me every step of the way. Home buying really is overwhelming but she set me up with the right people and was always able to answer any questions I had. I’ve now been living in my home for about a month and she was nice enough to call and follow up with me on some important details for my home to take care of. Kimberly was wonderful to work with! I was selling my mother's house in Florida from New Hampshire, which at the beginning I felt would be an impossible task, but nope! Kimberly's expertise made a situation that I anticipated to be extremely stressful to be someho very manageable. She gave good advice and was very professional in all our interactions. With her knowledge and experience we received an offer very quickly that was at a price we felt was more than appropriate. Throughout the inspection process she was able to give great recommendations to service providers (electrician, plumber) who also did a very good job with no issues.
