Kris was attentive, on time, went out of his way to do things like painting a closet for me quickly before final walk-through, finding snow removal options for me during the winter when the house stood idle . They were amazing at helping me understand what needed to be improved in my house in order to put it on the market. Kris was very honest with me as was Ciro about the market and what they believed we could accomplish . These guys know the market so well their off-the-top-of-their-head accuracy is so impressive . Kris is a great negotiator , working with the potential buyers he managed to increase my profit beyond what we expected , and the house sold quickly with very little hang ups or red tape . Even weeks after closing months after closing Kris is still doing me favors like delivering packages that had been delivered to the old address, dropping off paperwork and things we needed removed , items from my house when I could no longer enter it due to time constraints and scheduling conflicts. They were available by text anytime they answer all of your questions quickly , they always have or obtain good accurate answers. They make phone calls and get in touch with people and collect paperwork for you if need be .
