Her knowledge of the market is vast. She was never pushy about anything and always had my best interests at heart, which I appreciated as a solo AND first-time buyer. I was able to view, submit an offer, and close on a unit that hadn't fully been publicly listed yet in under 28 days. I will forever recommend her if you're looking to buy in DC!

We recently had the privilege of working with Christal on the purchase of our new home in Arlington, after previously working with Christal on the sale of our rowhouse in Capitol Hill. Finally, she is just a genuinely nice person with fabulous taste, a keen eye for design details, and excellent advice on all things DC-related, and my husband I were both grateful to have her as a trusted advisor!
