Rod was a pleasure to work with. On his first visit with us, he was well-prepared and professional. He had done comps to help us determine a sale price and had a complete financial analysis available. He also gave us information to navigate any out-of-state residency considerations that we weren't aware of. Rod used a photographer that took great photos, videos, and overhead drone shots. Rod did an Open House the first Saturday after our home was listed and we received a full-price offer the next day. Rod was very helpful through the inspection process and assisted us in addressing any issues prior to closing. His support staff was also very helpful and easy to work with.
