The staff is pleasant and great at what they do. I would highly recommend Century 21 Prestige for both management of a rental property and as a tenant looking for a home.

Very shady people. Over 6 months ago we went into the office as instructed by century 21 to be removed from our lease and have a new tenant added. Went on without a hitch, new tenant filled application and was approved. Until yesterday 10/16 my wife received a text from Justine who is in there collections department saying they are contacting her about her overdue rent payment when we haven't lived there or been readded to the lease. My wife confused calls me to tell me what's going on and how rude and unprofessional Justine is being. I then called to find out what's going on, but didn't get far as I was told by one lady she doesn't know what's going on and she was fairly new. After the phone call I was expecting a call back to see if the issue was resolved. Then was sent a text message from Justine saying "Good afternoon, This is Justine with CENTURY21 in collections. Not only are you responsible for rent for this month but now their has been a pet fee that is non-refundable added to your account in the amount of $250.00 please submit a payment in the amount of $805.00 to clear your balance and avoid facing additional charges and possible eviction. Thank you for understanding. Justine Century21" After reading this text I became furious as anyone would and called back to see what was going on. I then got on the phone with Justine who said I called from my phone number and said we would be late on rent on Oct 3rd which is false and I have my call log to prove that I never called or received a call from century 21 on Oct 3rd. Justine continued to lie and tell me the phone calls are recorded and it in fact was my number. I then was called a liar on a recorded line by Justine. After the phone call I called to speak to a supervisor Mr John. I explain the situation to him and he tells me I have you as a past tenant and a new tenant. I then asked Mr John if Im a past and new tenant wouldn't I have to reapply and get approved sign a lease. He proceeds with telling me I'm correct even though none of that had ever taken place. Then Mr John changes his story and tells me I'm just a past tenant, and that he was gonna look into it. Proceeds to tell me I wasn't lied to and that Justine just goes off the information provided to her which is false because she lied to me on the record stating it was me on my personal number that she in fact talk to which is a lie and they show no accountability for there actions. After not receiving a phone call or update I call back to be told that everything was taking care of and then hung up on before I could confirm if the balance of $805 dollars has been removed. Why wasn't the previous lease holder charged the balance for pet deposit and rent with late fees. I lived at the property for 2 years mind you and never missed a payment. I've helped there maintenance people with various projects on the property and can say I was a ideal tenant just to be lied to and falsely accused of something I did not do. Be called a liar and just thrown on a lease without going through proper procedures. It feels like a crime almost. So century 21 in Jacksonville Ar are very unprofessional and I will never be involved with them again. I suggest you all reframe from dealing with them because I'm probably not the first. Nobody up there knows whats going on and seems very unorganized. Please take this review into consideration before dealing with them because they can do the same to you.

If I could give negative stars I would. We are a military family that was stationed overseas. They “managed” our property for 7 years. We just learned a yearly service they told us was being done each year hasn’t been done since 2014. The property was dirty inside, smelled bad, and the yard and flowerbeds were overgrown. Broken items throughout the house. Wobbly ceiling fans. Scuffed up walls and ceilings. The microwave door handle is broken off at the base and we had to buy a whole new microwave. Photos they sent to us over the years were taken at angles that didn’t show the horrible staining and torn up carpet and laminate. Doors broken (looks like someone punched it). Blinds are missing in some rooms. Some knobs are gone. Fence is a disaster. Tenants received their deposit back, leaving us with nothing to help with repairs for their damage (broken microwave,etc.) Their negligence will end up costing us 8k or more. Worst mistake I’ve ever made. Avoid at all costs.

If you have the option do not rent with this company. I moved into a property under their management company with high expectations. The application process was extensive but they were very helpful and accommodating. I toured the property 3 times before I even submitted an application and brought many issues to their attention that they said would be taken care of. That being said once you put your deposit down and sign that lease your peace of mind and comfort is overlooked. I will say the owner is very pleasant and understands that a tenant should not live under circumstance that she herself would not but my communication is only with Century 21. The fence is broken to the point that my es animals got out and animals are coming in daily which is very unsafe. I was guaranteed the house would be cleaned and as mentioned before many things would be fixed and 3 months into my lease the same issues still exist. lack of a mailbox which caused an $80 reconnection fee on my first water bill. There was a preexisting roach infestation that i was not advised of and every day i wake up to roaches in the kitchen, bathrooms, hallways etc. when i bring it to the attention of the office i am told “i would like to think it is a good thing to see dead roaches.” i cant cook or even unpack boxes because i am terrified by roaches and continued infestation. I am not being updated on when to expect these things be resolved and despite my rental history me signing a secondary lease may not even be an option due to the issues i am experiencing and having to continuously bring it to their attention. Renter rights in arkansas are poor so there are not many outside sources to help me resolve this matter. I hope things turn around for the better because there are many months that i am contractually obligated to this place and would like to stay comfortably until it is time to go elsewhere. The home itself is nice and i would stay longer if these things could be resolved.

this has quite possibly been the worst mistake renting from this realter. they talked me into signing lease without a thorough exam of property.as I was moving in I discovered doors missing, appliances don't work, the worst filth I have ever seen in a rental. when I went to office to let them know another person who works there told me she lost a potential renter for same place because of all this and she put in a maintenance request 2 weeks ago and they have done NOTHING. they promised me repairs asap and they have done NOTHING. they knew there was a bad fire in the kitchen stove and tried to cover it up. of course I found it when I tried to clean.only 1 burner works and stove is a mess. dishwashher looks like it was used for a bathroom and does not work. their packet says we should keep yard clean - HA this yard has branches and a years worth of leaves and trash (BIG stuff) that someone will have to haul off. I am so dissapointed they lied to me and now I dont trust them to do anything they said. if you rent from them you better know what you are getting into BEFORE you sign ANYTHING
