CENTURY 21 Coastal Advantage

Very disappointing experience. We were given the wrong keys and had to return to the office, with no real apology. They only provided one key (the only copy) and told us not to lose it, then suggested we pay to make a copy and request reimbursement toward rent. The house was in unacceptable condition—dead roaches in the kitchen (dismissed with “a dead roach is a good roach”), bird droppings at the entrance, wasp nests, and nails still sticking out of the walls from the previous tenant, which is a safety hazard. Staff also came across as unprofessional, even speaking condescendingly to a trainee in front of us. After reading other negative reviews, it seems like they tend to be dismissive or never take accountability. I’m not posting this to go back and forth with them—I just want to warn others before they rent here.

I didn't like the pushing on sales tactics and trying to gimmick me when all I do is inquire things about this Firm. I wont be using this entity. Zachary Swislosky is pushy and doesnt listen.
