Review for Steve Buzogany... I had really thought Steve had our back when we got our house. We weren't in the house for 48 hours and had a leak. He said he had our back but he didn't. After he got his check we were on our own. He says we denied a inspection if we did where is the proof. Before we even get to pay a mortgage we kicked out over 6500.00. They didn't bring the inspection book to the settlement. We didn't even know the problems until we opened the front door.we brought over a quarter of a million house and got plumbing, new toilet, roof leak, central air doesn't work. Banister came out of the wall. The shower corner shelf fell on my foot. Lied about the time of roof, lied about the inspection of hvac, the water was rusty when it came out, because the house was empty for over 2 years. Do nor have access to our garage. When you deal with a first time homeowner it's best to have their best interest at heart, let them know everything there is to know about getting a home. He didn't have our back at all. We also had to get the cement done for the driveway because it leaked in the basement. I have contacted a real estate attorney. When he was contacted he said to get home warranty insurance.

Review for Rob: Rob was an excellent Realtor to work with through a very complex buying process. I met Rob in 2015 at an Open House. Rob kept in touch with me through personal emails over the years and when the time came in 2019 to buy a home in the city, Rob was my guy. Rob is the type of realtor who will work with you as your friend and tell things to you straight. He did not push me along to buy and was there to help represent me best during the closing process of a new construction home. I would certainly recommend Rob and work with him again for future properties.

I met Bridget at an open house and trusted her immediately to help me buy my first home. She showed me a variety of options around Fishtown and walked through every step of the process with me in a simple and efficient way. I was rejected in a multiple offer situation but Bridget fought for a second round and I got the house! She also has great network of local recommendations. Highly recommend!

Luke was great in the beginning, seemed very helpful. We scheduled to view several different apartments at 11am on a Sunday. Sunday rolls around and it's 10:43am, I am already on my way to meet him when he emails me telling me that every single appointment we had was canceled. I tried calling him and he ignored my call after two or three rings and he never emailed me back. I am extremely disappointed as I had several opportunities to meet with other realtors but I had already made arrangements with Luke. This was extremely unprofessional and I will never recommend him to anyone.

Review For Rob Lavecchia -- I rarely write reviews for anything, but Rob was so awesome, it more than warranted the time. I was moving out to the East Coast from California to pursue an MBA at Wharton and wanted to buy a house in Philly. I found Rob through a friend of a friend, a local who had worked with Rob in the past. Rob was unbelievably helpful and awesome. As a first-time home buyer, he was able to answer all of my questions about the process, was always timely in his communication, and went above and beyond in the level of service and attention he devoted to my search. We first went over what I was looking for in detail – including price range, geographic locations, multi-unit vs. single family options, etc. I wanted to see the properties in person and arranged to fly out to Philadelphia for two days. Rob was able to arrange for us to see 16 different houses over that span, from which I made 3 offers. Rob sent me a list of the viewings and printed me out a packet that had each listing that I could make notes on. I am not from the area and had no car; Rob went out of his way to drive me to each and every one. Rob is an expert in the Philly real estate market -- I ended up closing on a house in an area that was the perfect balance for everything I was looking for, affordable, in a good neighborhood, but still developing with room to appreciate. Rob is the type of realtor you want to work with – at no point did he try to sell me on something that was not in my best interest. In fact, more often than not, he shot down or warned against pursuing properties that might have netted him a higher fee, but were not in line with what I was looking for. Not only did Rob go above and beyond when showing me different properties, he was an incredible advocate throughout the closing process. He put in three offers for me and was active in developing a negotiation strategy for each house. He worked the asking price down considerably for the house we ended up closing on, which was AWESOME. He went to bat for me in multiple instances – and earned numerous concessions on repairs to be covered by the seller. From a paperwork perspective, everything was quick and easy. Rob would send a docu-sign over and process things as quickly as humanly possible, which was awesome considering I only had a month to close something before school began and I needed to move in. On a personal level, Rob is an awesome guy. We spent at least 6 hours in the car together going from viewing to viewing, and I felt like I got to know him relatively well. He is hard working, humble, kind, and a pleasure to be around. He’s not a salesman, he’s a guy with an astounding level of integrity that’s great at his job and cares about the people he works with. Could not recommend Rob enough, have already recommended him to MBA’s in my program, and will continue to do so. If you’re looking at property in the Philly area – Rob. Is. Your. Guy.
