We had never heard of Burk prior to this purchase other than some online reviews. Me and the wife felt like we were taking a leap of faith since the brokerage and builder were both Burk. Debbie and the whole Burke team (I think we met most) were a pleasure to work with. They were very prompt and professional in all correspondence. I can't say I would have changed a thing. If you are considering a Brokerage or Builder "Burk" is top notch.
